Guilty or not no one can surely seriously think of anyone in their forties anything other than manipulative scum if seducing and fvcking a 13 year old? There are no mitigating circumstances danny IF she did do this. Doesn't matter whether part of him enjoyed it or not. He was a child when it allegedly started. However, she was found 'not guilty' so obviously she didn't do it. Of course not.

All these celebrity hunts are conducted in a full blaze of publicity with dawn raids, press fanfares etc. Supposedly to get other 'victims' to come forward. The police advertise for 'victims', they actually say "you will be believed" without any mention of some sort of proof needed. Can't remember any appeals in places like Rotherham for victims to come forward - indeed they were told to go away and not cause trouble. Meanwhile the likes of Cliff Richard are currently subjected to the treatment, along with dead people like Heath. Allegations should of course be investigated, but discreetly. Generally I agree with this, particularly now that incidents like the Hall, Savile et al trials have resulted in a willingness to go forward, investigations should be conducted with discretion. That said, in order to build cases the police will require further witnesses and victims to come forward, notably in historical cases. The problem is, should we attribute the accused in these crimes only special privillages that we don't to accused individuals who are not famous or celebrity profiles. Whilst some people are found not guilty, others have been found guilty of very horrific crimes conducted against numerous victims over time. In some of these cases, the police and social services ignored these claims for fear of the celebrity and because of the status of the accusers. Rotherham is comparable to the Yewtree cases; the status of the individuals committing crimes were considered to be greater than those of the victims - and as a consequence of not investigating cases or bringing charges, offending continued and escalated to terrible proportions. It doesn't help that those convicted under Yewtree before being convicted utterly denied the accusations against them, and went on to call them fantasies, malicious lies and attempts to 'cash in'. There will always be some people who are caught in that middle ground. The answer maybe is to prosecute those who bring malicious cases to the full extent of the law where ever possible. Ultimately, the media maybe need to control their own 'frenzy' along with the police, on how they report events, especially prior to trial. The problem is I think you have to reach a balance. The police require victims to come forward in order to build a case. The rage that Paul Gambocinni refers to is also the same rage that victims feel at being ignored.

That actually makes it more disturbing, as the father of the son, is probably going to be significantly older than this girl, who's already known as being simple and immature. The boy is described as 'sex mad' 11 year old. Wrong un family alert.
