Nice Tattoo BBF. Would give it at least few more weeks to settle and am sure it will be ok. Some of mine have scabbed up a couple of weeks after they were done.
Some of the comments as always aren't very complementary. I suppose that can be expected on Hol! It does look a lot better on other photo's although I'm not too impressed with the Lion as others have said he looks like a Brighton supporting beast! Or like Parsley I didn't want to bother with the background sun burst, so it's more or less how I wanted it, Am just not that impressed with some of the colouring the white didn't come through very well at all although in fairness to the tattooist I did bleed quite badly! Boozing the night before? That has that effect. Edited by Barcelona Based Fan (22 Jul 2015 2.07pm)

I have 8 tattoos myself. I have to say, I think people are being a bit harsh on yours (although I daresay some of it is just banter/tongue in cheek). I have seen a lot worse out there for definite and I hope the folks on here haven't made you want to rip your own arm off. It's not embarrassing or anything! Personally I wouldn't go back to the same artist for any new tattoos, there are definitely better ones out there, but I've been following this thread for a few days and felt sorry for you that people might be making you think you have something absolutely horrendous on your arm!

BBF. Nice tat. I'm in the process of having a full back tat at present and believe me, I was seriously worried that the faces were going to turn out like Ena Sharples chewing a wasp!, but now they have settled down I really can't wait for the whole lot to be finished. I wouldn't worry to much let your tat settle down, I don't know what you tattooist has said about looking after it, I always put Bepanthen (nappy care ointment on mine) for the first month at least. Personally I really wouldn't do anything for at least 4 to 6 weeks , see how it goes if you still not happy then go back. As you know Tats need time to settle down don't forget you are putting something into you skin that the body is trying to reject. Shading and colours that have just been done do look bold and bright but do fade quite quickly after a few weeks sometimes months.

Thanks PTJ I do like the tattoo mate, People's comments and opinions will always differ especially on here!! I did ask for opinions and there mostly good, the Tatt is only two weeks old so there's time for it to settle. Edited by Barcelona Based Fan (23 Jul 2015 3.00pm) Attachment: palacekev.jpg (68.50Kb)
