Appreciate any advice regarding returning opened unwanted items to Amazon. I bought a pair of headphones which had 5 star reviews. Quite simply they are not for me. I have opened them and tried them. Is it possible to return them and get a full refund? Many thanks,

Amazon's customer service is out of this world. They sent me a 2nd copy of "F1 2015" on Thursday with one day delivery when I told them I'd put the wrong postcode in and they'd already dispatched it. I'd say you've got a pretty good chance at a refund.

This applies to anything you buy online, via a catalogue or over the phone unless it's a private sale.

Thank you all very much. Don't understand that the product got 5 star reviews and they just don't seem up to the standard I was expecting.

Have to agree with the above.Amazon has a fantastic customer services second too none,you should have no problem returning your item.
