We should be more concerned with the former, though, instead of screeching that her (and her kids') benefits be taken away. We don't do possession; we do defense and attack. Everything else is just waing with a football.

We should neuter/spay everyone who once they have been involved in the second successful, come to terms pregnancy. Ideally, we should do this to 85% of the worlds population, irrespective of how many kids they have, and at random. Once the human population is down to a more sensible 500m world wide, almost all of the predicted problems of future generations will have been eliminated.
