stay or go?

The company I work for over the last 4 years we have only now been making profit over half the senior management team have been axed and whole departments have gone, 2 jobs have been condensed into one and those who have not accepted that have left shortly afterwards. there is work coming in and a new partnership with another company me not being high up in the company is it worth staying around as there is a lot of negativity and lack of info from them above.
