It was on the actual rugby pitch itself not on the sidelines. I have 50+ witnesses including paramedics and registered league officials. I see it as they had a duty of care to provide a safe playing surface and have failed especially given we pay a fee to play there. If you pay for the privilege and it was on the pitch, I would say you definitely have a valid claim. Was your holiday not covered by travel insurance? You also saved a fortune by not going, that island seems to hoover the cash straight out your pockets upon landing. and straight up your nose
