Interesting article about the election.

All those in mainstream parties that campaigned on an anti austerity ticket saw their vote % go up.

Yet another link. We would all like to be 'anti-austerity', as if there is a choice, you know just ignore things and they will go away of their own accord. By the way did the 'anti-austerity' TUSC (or whatever their previous incarnations were called) vote go up? If it did, it must have been from a very low base as they averaged 260 votes per constituency.

Yes it did go up. It was their first election.
f***ing Nora, come back when you have a brain.

As I said, what were their votes in their previous incarnations, ie: Socialist Party; Socialist Workers Party and Solidarity.

You're a big boy who look it up himself.

How many elections do you think it will take for them to average over 300 votes per constituency? Or will the glorious revolution have come about before then?

Matthew, your obsession with TUSC is almost as bad as your obsession with me.

This Matt thing Nick... I think the shock of the election result has tipped you over the edge.
