Sullay Kaikai has vowed to work hard over pre-season and force his way into the Crystal Palace first team.
The Academy product has only made nine appearances since his goal-scoring debut against Newcastle in a 2014 Capital One Cup tie.
And after spending time out on loan at Crawley, Cambridge United, Shrewsbury, Brentford, and most recently Charlton last season, he hopes to kick on at Palace after a sparkling summer campaign.
The 22-year-old has notched three goals, including one for a Palace XI against Stevenage on Tuesday night, after strikes against Swedish club Halmstad and Oxford United for the first team.
"I'm really pleased, it's been a good pre-season so far, I feel good and I'm just trying to make an impression, " he told Palace TV.
"I've scored a few crackers for the U18s and U23s, so I'd say that [goal against Halmstad] was my best goal for the first team.
"I'm just going to get my head down and try to impress the manager even more, take on board what the staff are saying to me and see where that takes me."
