Jerome Binnom-Williams becomes the latest youngster to depart SE25, signing for Peterborough United on a free transfer.
The 21-year-old left back, who started in the Palace youth academy, has featured twice for the Eagles in the past, playing in two Capital One Cup games against Bristol City and Walsall.
Binnom-Williams admitted to the Peterborough United official website that the deal happened quickly. "I was sitting down with the family and the girlfriend a few nights ago and I got a call from my agent saying that Peterborough were interested in taking me on a permanent deal and it was something that excited me.
"I am delighted to be here. I have been at Crystal Palace for a long time, so it was a big decision to leave, but I want to play football and it is down to me now to push for a place in the starting line-up."
Thank you for everything you have done for me @CPFC. I wish you all the best this season 💯👍🏾
