Crystal Palace have signed French striker Yaya Sanogo on loan for the rest of the season.
Sanogo is Alan Pardew's first signing as Palace boss, as he seeks to boost his forward options.
The 21-year-old has played six times for the Gunners this season, scoring his first goal for them in November against Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League.
Last season the Frenchman made 14 appearances, including 4 appearances in the FA Cup.
Sanogo has featured heavily for the French U21s, and scored three times in four games during their qualifying campaign for the Euro Under-21 tournament.
Pardew said this morning: "He's a young player with tremendous promise.
"He is somebody that I have tracked personally and this club has too so that fitted well."
On his move, Sanogo said: "When the Arsenal manager spoke with me about Crystal Palace I was very happy because I want to play more games.
"I think Palace are a good team, I watched the game against Tottenham and it was a great performance from the guys.
"I hope I can help the club have a successful second half of the season.”
