Crystal Palace midfielder Jose Campana has made a loan move to German club Nurnburg for the rest of the season.
The 20-year-old has failed to cement a place in the Eagles line-up since signing from Seville in the summer.
He only played six games - the last of which was the 4-1 loss at home to Fulham in October, where he was replaced at half-time.
The Spaniard is rumoured to have been a bad apple in the dressing room and this loan switch paves the way for a permanent transfer.
A statement on Nurnberg's official website said: "Jose Campana switches on loan until the end of the season from English Premier League club Crystal Palace.
"At the same time the two clubs agreed a purchase option for the midfielder, whose contract at Crystal Palace is until June 30, 2017."
