Win or Lose - No Fee

Your claim will be dealt with on a genuine "no win - no fee" basis. This means that there are no hidden charges and no hidden deductions. If you win your case, you receive 100% of the compensation paid and we recover our costs from the other side. If you lose you won't have to pay a penny.

Free Case Funding

A personal injury claim can involve having to pay not just solicitors fees but also expenses such as the cost of a medical report or court fees. Because we fund 100% of your claim we will pay all these expenses for you. Unlike many companies we provide this funding free of charge. At no time will you be asked to take out a loan or pay any interest charges.

No Insurance Worries

It is our belief that claiming compensation should be as easy as possible.
