Nope. This is the rule: Immediately after touching the ball with the arm, even accidentally, the player scores a goal or creates a goal-scoring opportunity. Unless it's a top six side, then it will be ignored. Their second should NOT have stood on that basis. OK, I've edited the rule for accuracy.

I remember the camera behind the goal. The ref had a perfect view and was not obstructed and yet he missed the goal and or the handball.

Not grammar, malapropism. Some times we don't know the word used is wrong, and others laugh at us. Spelling mistakes and grammatcal errors are fine to be ignored on a website like this, but it is kind to inform someone of a misused word. I had visions of fans clambering over each other to get to the dugout and tell Roy to play Ozoh! Which was laughable. A bit like saying Plaistow Eagle is an idiom. Funny on a different level. Thanks for the English lesson Mate - my point was think we all understood what the OP meant - so really no point in highlighting it..!!
