Season ticket+ member here. Called into box office this morning to get a pdf sent for Spurs game, only to be told they don't do PDF'S anymore.

They will claim it's to reduce unofficial reselling. It's more to do with if you put a season ticket seat up for resale through them, they can profit from the difference between the per-game amount you paid on a season ticket, and full face value of a match by match ticket

Just share the ticket with one of your assigned friends and they’d get a pdf.

Tying to send a ticket (to someone with an account) for Everton and cannot do it under their awful website (see screenshot attached). Why on earth can't I send a ticket to someone that actually has a member ID??? If I share it with someone else also with an account (ie, my Dad), will we be able to get a PDF somehow? The whole system is an absolute mess. Attachment: ticket.png (101.92Kb)

i seen somewhere that if you are a season ticket + then you can send a ticket to someone who just has an account and not a membership. Otherwise they have to have a valid membership to be able to send it? I could be wrong?
