Let me make this clear.
1. I didn't write it I only read it.
2. Yes, it's not an intelkecrual mastetpiece.
3. He devoted an entire chapter to the appalling error.
4. I thought folk might be interested because he implies that he had a choice to send the defender off or award the goal: he did neither.
