I think hi and JPM are both alright, when one gets comfortable that they are starting each week, they probably need changing.
We can’t buy a top striker, so the method that we are using, buy decent players from weaker teams/leagues is probably the best way to find the next AJ/Murray/Toney etc

It's just about getting accurate delivery into the danger area. Ayew and Olise provided it. Looks like Edouard has his timing correct given his last two goals. Take note Wilfried Zaha, instead of over-playing the ball and trying to beat the keeper at the near post with a scuffed shot, look up and see how many options there are available for the pass / tap in.

Wilf has pulled more than a few chestnuts out of the fire with his goal scoring ability. It’s hard to be to critical, but he is guilty of not getting his head up on any number of occasions. Not just this year but last , Gallagher and others left frustrated at times. We don’t always get people in the box let alone unmarked at least twice we got three in on Sunday , only for Wilf to fluff whatever he was trying . A pass was easier on both occasions.
Edouards recent goals demonstrate quality of delivery is as important as getting on the end of, it takes two to tango..

A big part of Palaces problem is we do not create the opportunity's for our forwards to score if we had Erling Haaland in our team he would struggle to score goal for us.

Delighted to see Eduoard getting a run of games and delivering the goods. Always believed he would. And it's not just the goals right, but his all round game is miles ahead of JPM. Little touches and flicks - like the one for Eze's goal.

Hopefully this is the start of a great run for him.

Miles ahead... I don’t think so... JPM is much more physical and will score goals this season... two different players...

Hopefully most of us can agree that the real problem our strikers have is the lack of chances being created for them. I can't recall may obvious misses by Eduoard since he's been here.

So keep loading them bullets Palace.

??? The flick to Eze was from Zaha. Edouard did well trapping the long ball and laying it off to Mitchell.

I, too, am glad Edouard is getting a run, but then (as you will recall from previous exchanges between us) I also like JPM and feel that with the right service both our forwards can do a decent job. We simply don 't have the resources to buy a top-class striker so we have to hope the two we have will prove to be good investments and that one of our Academy strikers will turn out to be a real gem.
