And looking out over to the sea from our house is pretty much the area where 800 or so US servicemen died torpedoed by German E-Boats before even getting to Normandy in Operation Tiger the D-Day rehearsal. And looking out over to the sea from our house is pretty much the area where 800 or so US servicemen died torpedoed by German E-Boats before even getting to Normandy in Operation Tiger the D-Day rehearsal. Their watery grave and still there to this day. RIP

A good friend of mine was killed in the Baltic Exchange bombing back in the 90s (on the site of which now stands the Gherkin). It intensified my hatred of the terrorists but you're right, we f*cking sh*t 'em.
