The Tories would almost certainly win those seats again in a by election with Labour this unpopular, so it makes little difference.

It could be but I would suggest that a) too soon to tell b) you could argue that having an ongoing prosecution into 25 MPs while there is an election campaign is not the best strategy.

I haven't met anyone who thinks that Labour could negotiate a good deal for Britain. I have issues myself with May....but in this general election it's a foregone conclusion.
