Todays first download is a set by Gary Numan that was recorded in Santa Monica, Calif on the 9th March 1980. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from a pre FM Vinyl rip of the show that was recorded for the BBC and broadcast on FM radio on the 7th September 1980. It sounds wicked... a really good quality bootleg. I've not posted that many bootlegs by GN in the past according to my files - so about time for another - and if you like Gary Numan - this is a must have.... Todays second download is a set by Shooting Star that was recorded in Cincinnati, Ohio in June 1982. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show and sounds top notch. This is only the second album or bootleg by this band that I've posted - I posted one a week or so back. If you liked that one - this is thoroughly recommended... Todays first download is a set by the great Frank Zappa that was recorded at The Ritz, New York on the 17th November 1981. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show and sounds top notch. I've posted lots of FZ stuff in the past - this is another top set. Guest star Al DiMeola joins the band onstage for a couple of tracks towards the end of the show. If you like FZ you will want this one.... this is thoroughly recommended... Todays second download is a bootleg by Queen that has been ripped from a dvd. It features tracks by Queen from 1973-1986 recorded at different gigs and venues. Some cracking tracks on this one and this is a wicked boot. I've posted a lot of stuff by Queen over the years - this is another top bootleg. If you like Queen - this is thoroughly recommended..
