They have as much say as everybody else. That’s why we elect representatives.

Spreading the load would avoid a cultural overload in other areas. If a new culture starts to dominate it has less chance of adapting and modifying. Be a minority everywhere and the chances of it being absorbed whilst enhancing what’s there is greater.

And you elected the representatives who allowed Brexit to happen so sit back and enjoy the ride. Take the positives. No point complaining about it now. It's the future.

The whole point about us electing representatives is that if we find the ride to be bumpy, or heading in the wrong direction, we can change them and get a reversal.

We can elect representatives who will ensure a greater dispersion, if they see that as wise.

We can elect representatives to reverse Brexit.

Complaining is just the kind of hot air to be found daily here.

Voting is action. Bring it on!

That's the point. A situation of which you don't approve should be reversed but everything else must not only be accepted but so must the blame for creating it by choosing the wrong representatives.

What my opinion is only commands my vote. I cannot change anything. Or tell others what to accept. I merely express opinions and try to persuade.

It’s what we all collectively think that determines who represents us. If we decide to make changes and vote for those prepared to enact them then change they will.

I we elected representatives to reverse Brexit and they did so, we would then be unable to elect representatives to the EU that have any real power.

Is an opinion that would probably affect the way you vote.

If a majority disagree, then that’s what will happens.

What happened to...Tilting at windmills is a pointless exercise. Better to join the party and enjoy the experience?

do that if you want to start a Civil War. In Ireland we were asked, no, told, to vote again on the Lisbon Treaty. Cos the EU didnt like our answer the first time. Pure Bullying.

its like a Rapist who refuses to listen to the victims cries of 'no'.

if the illusion of democracy is to be believed, then it must be stamped by politicians doing what the Public asked for. When a Parliament ignores the public then it is no longer a Parliament.....it becomes little more than a tyranny.

Furthermore it won't be possible to "reverse Brexit". It and its implications have already happened. Sure, a party could campaign in a General Election to take the UK into the EU (no doubt the SNP will be campaigning to take Scotland in, once the minor matter of independence is achieved). But the electorate would have no idea, beyond some general assumptions and misguided assertions, of what any future membership would look like. It would therefore be the reverse situation to the post-referendum one, with the government agreeing to membership terms to the disappointment of those (and most likely the majority) who say: "that's not what I voted for".

Palace since 19 August 1972. Palace 1 (Tony Taylor) Liverpool 1 (Emlyn Hughes)

They just won’t because they haven’t. The evidence is right in front of you. There are many successful people playing important roles in Britain these days whose family history is not based here. Including many who claim Islam as their faith.

Most new arrivals adapt well, and their children even better. That some don’t is a problem which we haven’t done enough to solve and is why I advocate a much more aggressive plan to ensure they do. Which includes my suggestion for our schools.

There should be no tolerance shown for anyone who doesn’t respect and accept our values. That needs to be made clear to everyone, and especially the newly arrived.

Great logic.

I expect Rome had people with your capacity for wilful myopia.
