The protests about the American owners of the clubs who wanted to participate in the ESL which culminated in yesterday's postponement of the match at Old Trafford raises the question. What are our American owners doing to develop Crystal Palace in the future? Forgive me if I've missed something, but I have no idea. I'm pleased that Mr Parish is the visible face and spokesperson for the club, but the Americans have a huge stake yet they're invisible. Much is said on here about the stadium development, the manager and the players, but do we understand what they want or what contribution they're making? I'd certainly be interested to know.
Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled. |

I think the short answer is 'paying the bills' isn't it? The most recent accounts show how dependent on them we've become, despite our long stay in this preposterous, over-hyped and over financed league.

Great scene and dialogue. ‘’You long streak of paralysed p1ss’’ is a highlight. Pierce Brosnan from the IRA points a gun at him at the end in his chauffeured car they hijacked after Helen Mirren gets taken away for her probable execution in another car. At the start Pierce Brosnan kills Belach from ‘Raiders of The Lost Ark’ playing a London firm gangster after a swim in what he thought was about to be a casual homosexual encounter in the changing area.

Some say they have placed millions in a special ring fenced account that is going to build a beautiful new stand. Others say they simply allowed three of the initial four investors to reduce their exposure and get a huge chunk of profit. Others again say they have seen a good thing and along with Mr Parish make a very good living from the club leaving little spare cash to invest in the actual football (or to them soccer) side of things.

Went past it again today and it’s looking great. If you’d of told me 10 years ago we’d be where we are now I’d of thought you need sectioning ... but, of course ... that’s not enough for some

Nah, sorry, I don’t buy it that the septics have been our saviours.
